FlowFix
Designing for people in a hurry
Nobody browses a plumber's website for pleasure. People arrive with water on the floor and want an answer in seconds. FlowFix is a landing page for a local plumbing service built around that one moment: say who you are and why you can be trusted, show the services plainly, and keep the route to a quote or a booking as short as possible.

Project overview
FlowFix is a website concept for a local plumbing service, designed around one simple goal: helping users find the right service and take action quickly. Clear service categories, intuitive navigation and prominent calls to action create a straightforward experience, from discovering a service to requesting a quote or booking an appointment.
The design challenge
Plumbing services are usually needed in time-sensitive situations, where people want answers fast. The challenge was to design a site that builds trust instantly, presents the services clearly, and lets someone ask for help with minimal effort.
How the page is built
The hero states what the company is and where it works, with two routes out: contact, or look at the services first. Immediately below, three service cards name the most common jobs in plain language rather than industry terms, so a visitor recognises their own problem without reading a paragraph.
Trust is then built in layers rather than claimed once: a satisfaction guarantee, the count of customers served, qualified and insured engineers, 24/7 availability, transparent pricing, and dated reviews from named customers. Each block answers a different reason someone might hesitate before letting a stranger into their home.
A call to action is never far away. Whichever section the visitor stops at, the next step is visible without scrolling back up.
Beyond the sale
The lower page carries a recruitment panel inviting plumbers to join the company, and a newsletter block. Both recognise that a local service site serves more than one audience: customers in a hurry, and tradespeople looking for work.
