Product & Visual Designer
I’m a product and visual designer based in Helsinki, designing the way I think: curious first, visual always.
I started out in graphic design, building brand identities for businesses that wanted their visuals to do real work. A Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing taught me to look at design through the goals behind it.
Today I focus on product design: UI and UX for apps and websites. I start with the people on the other side of the screen: what they’re trying to get done, where they hesitate, and what makes them trust a product enough to keep going. Lately that has led me into AI products, where the real design question is how to keep the human visible and in control. My branding background still shapes every screen, so an interface should feel obvious from the first tap and still carry a clear identity.
Outside design, I’ve been teaching dance for years, which has taught me more about how people learn and follow than any course. I also love the Finnish sauna: it’s one of those rituals I connected with right away, and it’s where my head goes quiet enough to think.
